Great experience also...and the best customer service I've ever seen.🤯 Let me explain: I used them before, and there was a small issue with the image that I uploaded, i didn't size it right or something, and when it got printed it was off. So I contacted customer service and actually got super fast replies from an actual person. They were very helpful, worked with me through many attempts, e-mailed me back and forth over a dozen times, and we got it right.....and guess what....they even sent me a replacement for free. Literally. Like I've never seen such a good company that helps the customers get it right. It shows they care about doing good business, and care about making quality products. Highlight of this purchase was definitely the CD printing. It looks beautiful. A big gripe, though, is the back insert. On the customizing screen, the original picture was being cropped so I added black bars on the side so it could fit, and it displayed with the original image fit to the top and bottom while the black bars were only on the side to fill in. It looked great. But it arrived with the image stretched and low resolution.

I was very impressed with everything! With two exceptions. I didn’t hear a difference in the 2 cds I had paid extra for to have been digitally remastered. & the one that had been remastered, didn’t specify which of the 3 had been the one. So I had to remove the plastic packaging on all 3 cds to find the DR cd. Overall, yes I am satisfied. & will order from you guys again. Very soon actually. Thank you.

you could do the plastic cases and you could also do the cardboard covers as well and with the plastic covers you could do as well to discs as well to add more stuff onto it and also add the text to your photos

I really appreciated how streamlined the whole process was! The quality of the final product was exactly as pictured when designing the product online. The only thing that I would say is that I paid extra for the "skip the line service" and a bit more for slightly expedited shipping and even after that, the final delivery was a little over the longest time period that fit the parameters of what I paid for. Ideally, my order could have arrived 2-3 days earlier than it had. Not a major issue as it was still quite fast, but I would bank on the longer time limits of what is being offered.

It was super easy to Design the Artwork for the Case and Disc, and I only Wanted five songs on my CD, and so I put Five 1-second-long songs on the BSides, and they Contacted me to Confirm that it was intentional, and when I Confirmed it was, they only burned the Five Songs I Wanted, which was Perfect!
